The best for headaches
Hyland's in general are excellent and this one, #10 is one I use for eye headaches and digestion in particular. I often use #10 with #8 several times a day, for stubborn headaches without worrying that I am damaging my liver or stomach as with typical headache medication. They dissolve quickly and taste nice. I make sure I don't eat or drink anything for at least 15 minutes before and after taking them.

I do not recommend
This product is advertised as being able to help with infant reflux. My baby has silent reflux and was miserable for months. I tried different products (one of them being this one) before turning to medications, which is what ultimately helped. Before giving this product to my baby I did a test run on myself and used it for a week. I didn't have heartburn to begin with, but using this product gave me one, so in no way was I going to give this to my baby. Just beware that this product is not for everyone!
