Q: So I am a 38DD in bust and wear a large in a shirt and was trying to figure out if I would need to get a size larger?

I normally wear an extra large in these shirts because I like then big. However, my chest is not as large as yours but this shirt ran big and I am now trying to order a large. Hope that helps

Soft material. Runs slightly larger in size. Not a lot.

Q: What is the lenght of the womans shirt?

It quite long. Longer than all my other shirts.

Q: What is the sleeve length - measurement?

A little past the the shoulders. Doesn't bunch up or go in arm pit very comfortable wear
