Inaccurate measurements given!
We ordered a 36" replacement pan but the product that arrived was not as described. First of all, the box that arrived said 23 Pan not 36. Secondly, while the item was still in the box we compared it to our crate to check, the item appeared to much smaller even though we measured our crate multiple times to ensure that our measurements fit the product. This confused us so we remeasured both the box and the crate, it turns out that the product's width is much shorter than advertised. Please update the description to properly reflect the product.

Lasted 1 night. Poor quality.
This product is poor quality and flimsy. My dog destroyed it in one night and once she had a bite out of it the entire thing cracked and it was in 20 pieces. She isn't even a large dog. Thin brittle plastic.

Works well.
The liner fit perfectly into our kennel. I no longer have to worry about leaks. This product is money well spent.

Check length and width.
Unfortunately about an inch short in width. Reason for replacement was my 18lb YorkiePoo chewed chunks out of first one. So not durable.

DON’T BUY
The product came damaged with all of the corners and edges broken off in the box and with a big crack down the center. Put it in the crate anyways, and my puppy had it absolutely destroyed in two hours.
