Broke after using it only a few times.
It seems like it's decent quality, and I'm not sure if I just got a lemon or not, but it completely broke after a few uses and at a bad time. I was working on my car when suddenly it wouldn't grip the bolt, and just kept slipping. After a few minutes it just spun loose with the inner mechanism completely broken. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't refund me and to contact Amazon, but for Amazon it was past the return window, so I'm out of luck. Not that it was expensive or anything, but it's not worth the headache of it breaking when you need it most, so just fork out the extra money and buy a better and higher quality brand.

Nice tool at a great price
The handle is of molded rubber which gives a great non-slip grip allowing as much pressure as needed. The 3/8" snap on connector worked well for attaching and removing sockets or extensions. The only noticeable problem was that the ratchet operated roughly, but did not cause any significant problems. The handle length is somewhat short requiring significant effort to tighten some fasteners. However this is not a serious shortfall.

It broke in a few months
After a few months of household use it is broken. It doesn't work.

Poorly made
I wasn't expecting anything great, but the gears inside broke on the first bolt I tried to loosen and it wasn't even that tight.

Did not work in trying to disconnect a car battery
The ratchet would not work in a tight space. It did not crank in a small area to release a car battery's terminals nut.
