If I could leave negative stars - I would! I read all these wonderful reviews so I went ahead and after more research purchased this 4 pack product. My child is about the size of 4-5T and I got the smallest size available for overnight use since his day diapers are not working for the amount of urine overnight. I tried ALL different ways I could imagine - just this underwear, this underwear and regular diaper on top, regular diaper and this underwear on top - you name it I TRIED IT! It does NOT hold ANY urine! It leaks out down his legs and all around his waist! It has been over a week of this product and tonight was my LAST DROP! He woke up soaked and shivering at 1:00am (not even 4 hours into his night time!!!), had to change him completely and warm him up before putting him back down. I am stuck with this horrible product! And still have 3 more unopened packs of it with no way to return! If you have an oversized toddler on your hands who is not yet potty trained - DO NOT BUY THIS! IT IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR AN OVERNIGHT DIAPER!!!

I'm a caretaker for my mother, as difficult as dealing with her and her illness is.. finding a product that solves a problem, is a bit of joy. I had been using Depends, which fell apart and didn't fit her right at all, and they were about 2 dollars more a pack. THESE ARE SO MUCH BETTER... I'm washign laundry a lot less.

I bought these based on the 400+ good reviews. Please think twice. These do not absorb urine, they leak and make a mess. Please read other similar reviews. I bought this for my child and while they fit all right, the material itself does not absorb so if my child has a night-time accident it ends up everywhere in the bed. It's not like my child has a lot to drink before bed, it's a small amount of urine. While the underwear itself does end up wet, it's like it does not absorb it fast enough or something so it ends up leaking everywhere. I am going to try the Amazon Solimo brand next to find a better alternative. Also I have tried to contact the company regarding my feedback and to inquire about a refund and have not heard a response.

Bought same brand provided in physical rehabilitation facility. They fit. They're comfortable. They don't leak and the profile is low enough that under normal clothing (seriously, not under yoga pants). Really can't ask for much more. Keep an eye on the prices for some reason they fluctuate wildly. A few days after ordering, with Prime shipping, another non Prime seller had them at half the price I paid but only for about 36 hours then it jumped back up again

We just used these for my 96 yo Mom. We ususally buy Depends, CVS store brand or Walmart store brand. Thought that we would try ordering from Amazon to make life a little easier for us.These Prevail diapers are AWFUL! They are flimsy and are not at all absorbent and when they do get wet they disintegrate. It's like wearing a sheet of toilet paper. Will never buy these again. Wish I could have returned them but Amazon does not allow returns of this item. What a waste!!

What a disappointment! I got these for my mother who suffered a stroke a number of years ago. She is not quite as nimble as she once was and it is, sometimes, a challenge to get to the bathroom on time. She is also spending more time in her wheelchair. this product promised extra absorbency and limited leaking and delivered neither. They are useless. we have been putting pads in them which addresses the absorbency issue and helps reduce the leaking. The cut is weird, almost a French leg, high cut. My mother successfully used other versions by this company but this one is an epic fail.

I do not recommend that anyone waste money on purchasing this product. The quality has changed dramatically since I purchased this brand several months ago. The material is flimsy and tears easily. The padding is so thin it is useless. The person for whom I care goes through half dozen of these in a 24 hour period. I have begun adding a pad inside the underwear. So in other words, these simply take the place of an ordinary pair of panties. Their only advantage is they are disposable, but much more expensive.If it were possible to leave a no star review, that’s what I would have done. Unless there is absolutely nothing else available, I never would purchase this product again.

Much better than Depends or Always briefs, as the rise is long enough to come up at least near my waist ! They are comfortable. Only minus is that they can leak between the legs, but Idk of a design that won't, it's just inherent in trying to cover the anatomy there.

I bought these for my 4 year old who has outgrown pull ups. We only use them at night time and he leaked through them 90% of the time. I won't buy again.

It absorbs a lot, but not enough for my 5 year old, Moreover it doesn't fit 20"/51cm, so I won't buy it again.

I will never buy it again.

Good product especially for the elderly... Comfortable to put on and remove as it has an elastic band around the waist stretches easily without leaving marks or hurting the skin.... recommended for all who require comfort and discretion.....
