I like the fact this remote didn't need to be programed for use with our Visio tv.Simply install batteries and it was ready to go!

This is just what I was looking for. My brother has limited use of his hands and needs to call an aide to change the channel. With this larger remote, he can use the previous channel button to move between channels on his own. And he can adjust the volume. While we still use his regular remote for his streaming services, this remote has given him some independence. Note: we are still working on a way to mount the remote on a board or pillow so he can access it easier.

As universal remotes go, this was not easy to setup. There were no codes that worked for my TCL smart TV.

Exactly what I said in the title, but after I walked them through it to program (not easy) . Large buttons are good for my mom, as she can't very well. It's working now...

Bought this for my 83 year old father. Worked great for a few weeks, but the buttons started to stick and couldn’t change the channels or use the volume function.

I purchased this remote for an older couple who has issues with their eyesight. The buttons are a perfect size just what is needed to run their television. The remote is well worth the cost. I will be ordering a couple more for family members. Remember, simple and easy to use.

Large easy to read buttons, but not all of them work! very difficult to use! Returned it and second one was the same. Much pressure is needed to change the channels or sound!!!

Very difficult device to program. Unable to get all buttons working.
