We ordered this tub for our master remodel. It was suppose to take 5 to 7 days shipping, and needed to be delivered by a local carrier when it arrived to its destination warehouse. It was to arrive during one of the hotest heat waves we could have had this year. The shipping company called and made arrangements for it to be delivered. Only it didnt come when scheduled, they canceled twice. We were the last on the truck and it seems by then the heat got to the employees, and they were called to return to home base. We finally got a hold of a manager and they were able to get it out to us. After 12 days it was in the drivewa, finally we could get it installed. As they opened the door of the truck we saw our tub in a box, boy this box had appeared as if it was put in a washing machine on spin. My heart sank , not only was it most likely damaged a reorder would be another week plus wait. We opened it up and to our surprise it was undamaged. Whew! We accepted the tub as it was. Later we found a hairline crack in the corner and two leveling blocks had come off the tub. Neither effected the installation. We replaced the blocks and the tile covered the very small hairline crack. The delivery was late in the afternoon with temputures well above 100. As the instructions informed us upon delivery we needed to test it before taking it inside and installing it or the warranty would be voided. We were to fill it above the air outlets after finding a way to temporarily plug the tub. We were then instructed to run it and test all connecttions as well as all operations. We could not resist, right there in the yard, in the heat, we got in and tested it properly. We were so glad we did not send it back for another one! It functions just as described in the description, and installed just as easily. This particular model came with an inline heater. It took us a moment to realize it does not heat the water but, keep it heated. It also required a separate 15 amp outlet installed. We had one already in place. It has no skirt available as an option so we had to have one built for it. Note; very advisable to build the base after you have the tub there. If we had built it first it would not have gone in so smoothly. After all is said and done we gave the tub 5 stars, the delivery was just one of those things you allow for. We were happy with the functions, ease of installation, and the great price.

The first tub delivered was destroyed. Returning and refunding was a little hassle as it was an outside company. The second order was delivered by a different company and wasn’t damaged at all. Tub fit in our corner bath.

Buyer beware. I thought I was buying a quality product by a renowned brand. My bath has developed a 1" x 2" spidercrack in the corner between the floor and the side of the bath. Customer Service by Jacuzzi is so so if you do have an issue. Having proof of purchase is insufficient you must also have the serial number before they even want to consider your issue. I was told that the crack was not under warranty and referred to a supplier to have it repaired at my cost. This review is about the product and not about the place where I bought it from, since I did not get my tub via Amazon.

Purchased this staple piece and beyond pleased. Fred shipping and arrived quickly even though products are made to order!

Smaller than the one we had in our last house. Bought from Lowes the outside dimensions were the same but when I went to get in it, it was smaller. And to top it off unless the water is filled to the tippy top it throws it on the walls. And yes, I tipped the nozzles down as far as they would go.Pretty disgusted with this product and feel I got screwed.
