Any instruments intended for cutting are too dull to do a decent job. I’ve found most of them are useless. The case is nice, and the small instruments which are not designed to cut are fine.

The rainbow effect is much brighter as it is not in the metal but instead, a coating. We'll see how well this lasts but they feel good in the hand so I think it will be fine. As for the pieces themselves, they are of good quality. Used a few. I'm rough on them but they haven't bent under pressure like some do. The case is pretty standard. feels good and locks but suffers the same as every single case out there.. It can be difficult to get the smaller tools out, especially if you don't have nails. Maybe someday someone will fix this problem but for now, its an industry standard. My girlfriend loves them though. As long as she is happy (not easy to do) I give this 5 stars.

With the pandemic keeping all of us inside and no manis/pedis being done, this was the perfect gift I gave myself. All of the "tools" are well made for my arthritic hands. The big bonus: the beautiful bright colors always cheer me up when I open the small beautiful case.

Everything in this kit is just as beautiful as in the pictures. Vibrant color, great performance of tools as well. Better than any kit I've purchased in a store. I keep this in my purse because you just never know when you'll need any of it.
