Great value looks like they will last some time

A frisbee for me should be formed from a solid piece of plastic that makes it heavy and a weapon if flung too quickly. In recent years there have been other safer options that use fabric instead. I still have a soft spot for the old school plastic frisbees as they are simpler to grab and master. This set from B Toys has four of them and they are great value.The discs look old school, formed plastic and bright colours. The difference is that there is an added spinner element in the centre. This is a pretty feature, but not required. You can't really see it when you throw, and it just adds something that may break. Thankfully, like with all B Toys, these frisbees are incredibly solidly built. You can fling them around the garden to your heart's content and they should stay in one piece for a long time. If you are looking for a set of frisbees that you can hand out to multiple children, then this set is a better standard than the cheap options and are not too expensive themselves.

I've had several items from B. Toys and they've all been of high quality.This frisbee set is no exception. They are made of thick plastic, and they are easy to get airborne.The spinning disc in the centre adds an unusual touch, but one that kids quite like. It can be hard to notice the spinning disc sometimes when it is flying, but it can be seen on ascent and descent.The colours are bright and the kind of things that kids like. Also offers good value at a pack of four for this price.

These are frisbees with a central spinning section on the top, or at least each one should have a spinning section on top as it is difficult to tell if that engages when you throw it as there is no lighting effect, at least not on the ones I received. The middle section does spin freely when you manually test it before throwing, but you cannot see it when it is in flight as it doesn’t light up as the product description states it will. It is a different colour to the rest of the frisbee, but that appears to be it. I’m not sure of the point of a spinning middle when you can’t actually see it spin.The frisbee isn’t all that easy to use either. I found it quite heavy and, when thrown, it went in a different direction to that I had expected. Maybe I am just a poor thrower, but it did seem that the middle section could be causing an issue with the flight path. That may make things more entertaining in a beach or park setting with loads of space around, but in a small back garden it caused some concern for damaged plants when the frisbee took off in flight to the right, for example, instead of towards the person it was being aimed towards.These feel a bit gimmicky and the spinning middle is a lost feature that has no means of lighting up to help it stand out. As straightforward frisbees, they don’t fly true either.

actually bought this as a toy for my dog as she loves chasing a frisbee, and the last one got swept out to sea when I threw it a bit too hard and too far into the water. This one is really good and is quite chew resistant as well as being a good general toy in that is flies really well, keeps its height and direction well even when thrown badly.A frisbee always comes in handy for those days out in the park or on the beach. Glides smoothly

Don't fly like a proper frisbee

The description says it lights up, it didn't. I bought 4 batteries as described in the product text and they are now expensive and useless. Product description needs to be fixed.

the centre piece adds nothing but a gimique. It is lightweight, it flies, it is durable, and my dog loves it but the centrepiece is silly.
