For oil rubbed bronze the color was dark, mounting brackets were not at 16 inch centers, making it very hard to install horizontally. Drilling the holes and screwing it to the wall very tricky not much room to work with. But the price and the style was very good

Love the stylish design. Tried a clamp-on style but no go.This was easily installed vertically on stud which is optimum position anyway.Installed vertically on one stud. Mark screw holes with pencil first after levelling, then encircle round template with pencil line before drilling screws, for accurate positioning. Have second person hold bar firmly against wall while the other drilling.

I was not sure what the quality of the grab bars would be. I was so happy when I opened the package and saw how solid these grab bars are. And the design is beautiful! The delivery service from Amazon was its usual A-1, too - thank you.

Nice and sturdy the colour is a bit darker than shown in pictures
