I bought these (short valances to go above the window ac unit) for the summer time in between longer and matching blackout curtains. I did iron these against the back side with no issues. If you iron definitely make sure you do NOT iron the front.

I hung a set over my kitchen sink and a set in my 9 year old's bedroom and they look so pretty. They also wash well with fluff dry. They steam extremely well to remove wrinkles.

Much to my husband's disbelief, I got these to put up in my craft room and they are PERFECT!! :) I never got the cute pink little girl's room when I was a child so being able to have one now, where I can craft and scrapbook (I have 13 grandkids) is AWESOME! They're the perfect shade of pink and the colorful dots make them very playful.
