Works great and very even heating
I had heard about these pans, and they were on sale at the time I ordered so looked forward to getting it and trying it out. I had to return/exchange 2 of them as the metal was warped/dented and waited over a month until they came back in stock for the final one which was not damaged.I am finding the reviews were correct, and the pan is completely flat, so that the heat is evenly distributed. The non stick surface is truly that, I am watching not to scratch it of course as most pans end up being crap when that surface wears off.It also has a rubberized handle which is comfortable to hold.I think the pan is a little expensive for what it is, but it does work very well. Long term longevity we will see.

excellent non stick pan
We have a small one for eggs and for reheating food in smaller amounts and we have the large one which I use only for sauteing sliced meat and veg and sauces for stir fry's etc - i use it like a wok but not on such high heat. I never use either one of these pans on high. You can push the food to the perimeter of the pan because it is such a good size - if you want to add more veg etc like you do with woks. I will only go to medium high. The pans do caramelize proteins but you have to be a little more patient because you cannot fry on high. For steaks I only use cast iron because I sear on very high for shorter time to crisp and get a deep colour. I found a glass lid that fits the pan. We love it a would recommend

Best nonstick pan for people looking for the best nonstick pan. Form & Function
I recently received my second pan after 2-3 years of daily use of my first one. As per all non-sticks, don't use metal (or wood, really), be careful with salt before it assimilates into the food, use soft sponge only. This is by far the longest-lasting pan surface I've ever used, and will continue to buy this pan in the future until I can't any longer. It just lasts. I'm using it on a standard electric coil cooktop.Oh yeah and the silicone grips are perfect, it feels excellent in the hand. Form and Function? Get at me.

The best non-stick fry pan ever.
I was previously a fan of Tefal non stick pans but having to replace them every 18 -24 months as the non stick surface stopped being non stick was a pain. The Oxo easy grip pan is a high quality non stick pan at a realistic price. It has to be the best non stick coating I have ever used. It is truly non stick and as such is a breeze to clean. Adding to the easy cleaning is a hard anodised outer that is itself a non-stick surface. The fairly thick aluminium body gives good even heating and no over cooked spots like some thin pans.

Bad quality control
Bought the pan close from a year ago, haven't used it that much. First off, I received the pan and it was a bit crooked, but didn't really bothered me. But now, it's starting to warp and I don't even know why, I mostly cook with my non stick pans at 6 or 7 (never at high) so I don't understand why it is already warping.EDIT : Everything stick to the pan now, the non-stick coating is already gone I have this pan since august 5 started to use it after 4 - 5 months prior purchasing.
