Good minty flavour, good at removing surface stains over a couple of uses but won't do anything more than that when it comes to whitening. Leaves teeth feeling clean and smooth and I haven't noticed any wear on my enamel and haven't had any sensitivity from using it. When I first got it I used it every day for a week and since then I use it every 3 days or so as I'm alternating with other toothpastes that I like.

Total lying about whitening the teeth.NO differance so for.Waste of money.Better buy other toothpastes who talk truth.
