Good product for the price but the back cushions are definitely underfilled! I took stuffing from 2 older pillows that I no longer used and put into the back cushions. See the before & after pics. There is a zipper on the cushions provided so it's easy. No need to buy new cushions & try to find right size, color etc.BTW now they are comfortable!

The manufacturer could keep the pillow and put more padding in the back cushion. Next year I will look for new cushions.

Bought this rocker to use on my patio. It was pretty easy to assemble and comfortable as well. I might eventually purchase a thicker chair cushion,because the one included does not provide much padding. I like that the chair is wide and qthe back tall so people of various sizes can use it. IT Can also accommodate a weight of up to 330lbs

cushions very thin I had to put new foam in both seats. back cushions had only batting, I had to buy foamtake them apart put in new foam sew buttons back on. now they are comfortable. would not buy again

Very nice outdoor rocker. Made well and a little oversized which is great. There was a delivery problem which was not this company’s fault at all but this company made it right and sent out another rocker right away. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

While it was delivered in a fairly timely manner it came with minimal instructions mostly pictures that were hard to follow. It required two people because Bolt holes do not line up properly. One person has to hold pieces together and in some cases bend them in order to fit in line with the hole on the opposite piece. With two people it took 2 frustrating hours to put together. Then the chair back cushion had been jammed into the box in such a way that it was like an accordion and would not straighten out. Had to go out and buy replacement cushions. Returning it is not an option because it is such a hassle to get it together it would be just as much hassle to take it apart and I had had my quota of frustration so I kept it. Do not recommend it to others. Go to your Home Depot and buy something already put together where you can see everything lines up properly.
