Work perfectly fine
My biggest problem is that they are so light! They just feel a tad cheap, would be nice to have a bit more of a premium feel to them for the price

Damaged item! Disappointing.
Headset received was damaged, see photos. My advice to everyone upon receiving this headset, please check all around the headset as it has build quality issues. Avoid this and don’t buy it from this seller.

Great audio quality but poor Bluetooth connectivity!
The Bluetooth pairing experience has been painful. It loses connectivity far too easily and is difficult to re-pair. Otherwise it’s an excellent product.

Great for my work and videoconferencing
I love that the button on them will mute and unmute you. Also that this links to Zoom so the icon even switches on and off.Battery life is good.The minimum volume is not super low but that's not too much of a problem.Good purchase.

Good workhorse
1. Great battery life - have used for 4 hours and it said it had juice for another 72. Can connect 2 devices, laptop through the USB dongle and phone through Bluetooth. USB dongle and headset also is connected via Bluetooth3. Range is quite good. Only after I close the door in my bedroom, does the laptop get disconnected. Laptop is in the living room4. Quite snug and comfortable, which means can wear for long hours, you need to have a medium sized head.5. Noise cancellation is above average, if there is the fan is blowing in your face, the mic will capture. People talking is reduced. Need hear it myself, which is a difficult taskConnectivity - has been above average, switching between devices is a concern on some occasions. You have to drop the first call on one device, before answering on the other one. Not sure if it’s headset or my phone/ laptop issue.
