It doesn't come with directions
The product doesn't come with directions. I had to go back online to find the ad that shows photos of how they used it. It does work but it can also leave you potato hard on one side because you have to guess at how long to cook them. To me, it's just as easy to do it the old fashioned way. If I knew more people, I'd gift them all of mine.

I expected the directions to be printed on the bag. I gues you get what you pay for. I’m returning them and ordering the ones with directions on them

When I received my purchase I thought that they were to thin, then I used them and they some how got thicker and worked out great and would buy again.

Don't waste your money
It took 12 minutes to cook 2 medium size potatoes. Listing claims 4. I initially added to the 2 for 6 minutes and it was still hard, after another 6 minutes they were okay-ish. ???It's easier to wrap them in damp part towel and run it for the same results.
