It’s a Christmas gift. My husband will hopefully love it but it was smaller than expected was the only isssue so far. Also Amazon delivery man slightly threw it when delivered so hopefully it’s not broken. We even have it on video.

Zoom meetings won't function very well with this laptop
It isn't exactly what I needed. I was in need of a good laptop to do zoom meetings on. The camera doesn't have good color. It has a pink hue to it. The camera is sketchy, it flickers. It keeps kicking me out of the zoom meetings. I don't know if it just can't handle the video conferencing or what. The battery life is excellent. Very impressed with the battery. The top row of F buttons does not work, can't adjust volume or mute speakers with them. The speaker is not very good quality. I wish I hadn't bought it. Sorry for this review.

Worked ok for a month
Worked for 1 month and then things went downhill.In the first month I found this laptop to be Very Slow before I had any of my applications on it and Very Very Very Slow with 9 of my applications installed even though I uninstalled 11 apps that were preinstalled on it.This laptop has trouble with web browsers that have 7+ tabs open. It stutters and freezes. you can forget about doing anything much more than that.After 1 month it started failing. The screen started to randomly not work 1-2 times a week until I rebooted the computer.The computer started stuttering and freezing every time I moved the laptop in anyway or moved the table while any USB device was plugged in. If I moved anything too many times the laptop will crash.Stay far away from this thing.

Not for me
The track pad was terrible, and it didn't really feel very fast. The packaging was a problem as it came with multiple scratches on the lid. There was bubble-wrap in the box, but it was not enough to cover the laptop.

Unsatisfied
The power light is coming on but no matter what I try, the screen will not turn on. I've even tried factory reset. As you can see, the power is on but the screen is black. Just delivered yesterday and would like my money back. I bought this laptop for my daughter because she's in college. This is so disappointing!

Fragile Laptop
Right out of the box the screen was flickering to black constantly and the SSD/HDD makes a weird sound when running. The plugs are nice since they are international, and the battery life is good- but none of that matters when the display literally breaks on you.Yeah, I’m a college student, so imagine my dismay when I go to turn on my laptop for my next class and it’s a dark dark blue screen. I tried turning it on and off, restarting it, and suddenly it forces me to reinstall Windows.This was about a year ago. I somehow got the laptop working again, and the experience is equivalent to having an old car that you know you have to turn the key in just the right spot to get it going. It has problems sometimes, but it has been decently reliable this past year. The key caps began popping off after a year of heavy use however, but they are easy to put back on. It’s a good laptop when you have a tight budget, but I’d make sure to have contingency plans for if it ever breaks
