so my mouthpiece also got stuck at some point but!! it can be easily solved by turning on the device on max heat and letting reach temp. Once the device is fully heated, the moutpieace will slide out easily. I'm unsure how or why it expands when it's cold but good thing it comes back to original shape.I'd not recommend pulling the mouthpiece out before it heats up anyway as you will end up wasting quite a bit of smoke when you move the device from let's say the table where it is on, to your mouth. the simple movement will force air our if the mouthpiece is open. so my advice is. put your stuff. keep mouthpiece in. turn it on.let it heat up on max level as it is the fastest and most convenient one to use.once it buzzs and ready to use, hold it, bring it to your mouth then push the moutpieace out.you will never waste any puffs this way and your mouthpiece will always come out when it's needed.the device is comfy to hold. looks like a powerbank or something but never really cares for looks.comes with a wee brush and wee spoon thing to put your green in. cute and handy.battery lasts a fair bit but haven't managed to know exactly how many loads If I'm honest.I like it vibrates when it's ready as sometimes I put stuff in and forget that I turned it on lol and if it wasn't for the vibration, my stuff would have burned every single time 🙈😂all in all, I like it and suits my budget. don't smoke alot of cigrattes as a result.ace results

I was a little sceptical buying this vaporizer considering the number of 'vine' reviews, however there was no need. The vaporizer lived up to my expectations and is very easy to use, with a handy vibration feature to let you know when it has heated up. It heats up very quickly and makes your herbs evenly toasted with a nice cool draw from the glass mouthpiece. The ceramic bowl also makes it super easy to clean and that fact that the mouthpiece can slide in means it looks like a camera battery when not in use - very discreet. A very solid and affordably priced beginner's option, can't go wrong with this one.

I bought this to replace my old Herbva 5g which I lent to friend for a long time and has now become 'his'.....The sliding mouthpiece is a great design - you can put it in your pocket and not worry about the end coming off. There are 3 temperature settings, I prefer to start off on the middle (blue) setting but as your herbs get spent I like to finish off on the high setting. The battery is good and powerful with a long life and the chamber is easy to clean with the supplied attachments. I've not used the dab tool so cannot comment on that. My favourite thing is that it just looks like a battery! Even if someone found it they would probably not know what it is :)

Nice design, looked forward to trying this product. But unfortunately for me, the sliding mechanism started to stick to the point where it could not move anymore. This is very disappointing as it happened on the same day I received it. I suggest avoiding dry herb vaporizers with a sliding mouthpiece. Would give a 1 star but it's my first time trying dry herb vaporizer, but I think this rating is fair.

Small and nice device,long battery charge and powerful ,allow to enjoy without burn easy to clean and to use very good quality and the plug for the mouth is not burning or taking smell i can keep it in my pocket and doesn't smell

I returned it as after using it the first time the glass piece got stuck and it became difficult to put it back also it needs some sort of net to prevent the herbs of being sucked which was annoying

This was a great product for an entry level vape user. This can store up to 0.3g of herbs and can be used in up to 3 different temperatures which is very useful. You get the most vapour from its highest temperature (white), although when using its highest does get a bit hot to Hold.Overall great product and still love using it every day.
