Easy to set up. After first cleaning. Rinsed it out. Plugged it back in. Set the clock and turned it on. Took me a little bit to figure out the ice size I want for my needs. It’s really quiet and I absolutely love that the logo on the front glows to show it’s brand. I know it’s nothing special but for me I really like how it accents the kitchen.

I ordered this ice maker for my Superbowl party. It was in self cleaning mode and I added water and vinegar. And was wondering why there was water all over my floor. Drained what was left and added more water for the second cycle thinking maybe the drain cap wasn't on tight. Was I wrong!! The more water I put in the more it leaked!! Now I've wasted 7 bottles of water and have to go purchase ice I am not happy.This is an update!! I never want to write a negative review on a product unless it deserves it. Sorry to say I made a mistake on this review. There was a small drain plug that fell out upon inspection. It was my error and once put back the Ice Maker works great!!! 5 STARS

Makes Ice faster then others I have had. Has 3 selections of size of Ice Bullets. The functionality is simple but I do wish I could have the option of lighting up the Clock, and the "Nurtrichef" stays lited up as I wish that light shined into the "Water Reservoir" so you didn't have to have shine a lite in the reservoir when adding water. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase of the PICEM62 Ice Maker.

I love this ice maker. I bought it under the used vety good condition. Have never used this option before so I was nervous. No worries. Just a small scuff on amazon box it was packed in. The appliance works great. The actual machine isn't loud. It does make a noise when the ice cubes drop out into the bin but that's No Big Deal. I live it. Makes great chewable ice

I purchased this about a year ago, haven’t used it much and liked how it produced the ice, it wasn’t until I lost a tiny little plug that seals the drain line. The company doesn’t have any replacement parts and I was told they only have a 30 day warranty. So right now unless i can find a plug it is a big paperweight. Worthless because without the plug it leaks. My suggestion is don’t buy this because if you lose that little plug it is worthless and if a company can’t replace parts it tells me they don’t stand behind their products

Makes ice very fast and lots of it! A little tricky at first to operate since instructions are not the best but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy. Looks great and very quiet too

This machine works fast! It makes so much ice I can’t even keep up with it. (Being a ice chopper..that’s amazing.). This is my second ice machine and compared to the first, this machine is hands down better. It makes some noise, but again, it is quieter than my first. More than twice the ice in a day compared to the first.

I bought this machine specifically because it says in the headline, "with Built-in Freezer". It does not, VERY misleading. The only built-in freezer is the one that freezes the cubes! Once the cubes are in the bucket, the melting process begins. I will likely return this items because I want ice 'ready' on my bar-top. Plus my scoop was not included, but this is no biggie. other than the ice melting, it looks like a solid product and makes great ice
