I really can’t complain. It is a bit lower , but very comfortable.

Looks large and luxury
It's a little larger than a normal toilet so be careful to measure the waterline. However it wasn't so difficult to install, Another great Swiss Madison product.

looks beautiful but awfully uncomfortable to sit on- terrible
We made the grave mistake of installing it before even trying to sit on it. the sea itself is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. cheap plastic but the worst part of it is the there is very little surface area to sit on. I dont know the correct way to describe it but the oval rim is very narrow and the hole is so big that our tushies just fall through and it hurts to sit on it. its a thin ring. my 7 year old just fell through and hit the water with her bottom. I am an adult and I have to use strength to balance myself because even I will fall through.I contacted the company and they have to other seat replacement alternative.I cannot even return it because I had it installed already. Now I have to warn and apologize to all the guests that come to our house that needs to use it because it is the first floor bathroom. I am so upset.

Does not work with standard water supply location.
Toilet is wide on the back so it doesn’t work with a standard plumbing water line. Plan to have to move the line to get the clearance
