NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THIS DELL
I purchased on Amazon 5-10-2022, began use 5-24-2022 and unit would not turn on no matter how I tried so after calling Dell Service Center they told me to return unit. THey were of no help on teh phone and youca nnot talk to anyone in their Tech Dept.So it was sent to Dell Service Center on 6-24-2022 and received at Dell early July ..... I have had no status or return of 100% repaired unit OR a new laptop. I am writing to Amazon to report this major issue with DELL. Unit worked for a ew months an niow again would not turn on. Now again I am contacting Dell and the BTB supplier to file a claim with Amazon.

Bad customer service 10 hours today
10 hours for laptop received yesterday. 3 Dell techs and 4 Microsoft techs tried for over 9 hours to get a software key installed for Microsoft Home and Student that should have been installed at factory per order. Now they say 3-5 days and may get a resolution. Dell techs kept dropping off.

Awesome home computer for the non-gamer
I purchased this for home use. Other than a flight simulator, I don't do games. This computer is plenty fast enough for my office work, pictures, video editing, etc... It's everything I need and has worked flawlessly since my purchase.
