The frame is made of real wood, not composite material, which is a big plus in my book. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving off a sense of quality. While this doesn't affect the display of the picture, it's a minor annoyance and detracts from the overall quality.Overall, the frame looks okay and serves its purpose. I'll likely purchase more in the future simply because I haven't found another option with the same combination of frame and mat sizes. If you can overlook the loose back, it's a decent choice for showcasing your cherished memories.

I bought two of these frames and used them for my mother and mother-in-law's gifts for Mother's Day. I made hand stitched embroidery pieces for them and they look beautiful in the frames! Very nice quality and very reasonably priced!

The frames looked to be well put together and I really like them. The description stated that each frame is packed in a sturdy box. Both frames were in the same box with nothing in between them to prevent damage. The paint was damaged on the bottom frame where the frame had rubbed together and the plexiglass was scratched and later cracked when I was framing the crocheted doily. There was no protective film over the plexiglass as described and there was no picture of a lake and boat as in the description. I really feel that these frames were something that a previous buyer might have returned and they were sent to me accidentally. I believe that this vendor does have good products. I need the frames to be up on the wall at this time so I am not returning the damaged frame, but have included photos of it. I would be very appreciative if the vendor would send me a replacement frame for the damaged one. I believe that the fully intended to send me a good product.

I like it so much is the 2nd frame that I am buying. Great color, great finish, just perfect, and and top of everything arrive including 2 perfect mats!

You can hang up a picture or just lay it down. No glass.......plexiglass.

Frame is pretty but its plexiglass not glass and expensive for what you get. I do like that the option for table or wall display is built into the frame.
