I climb and use this tape all the time. No other better brand for awesome support. My dogs love it when I put some on there tail and they chase it around until they get dizzy. So funny.

Not sticky at all. Immediately started peeling off after I applied it. Not worth it

This is a great product at a terrific price. It is used to support the wrist while golfing. I see many folks use it for athletics, why injure yourself when you can tape those week or sore areas.
