Charmax Magnifying Lighted Makeup Mirror (Chrome 7x)

This is a great mirror - it's clear, magnifies well & puts out good light. The only problem with it (& it's my problem), is that I purchased it for travel. It's a bit big to just throw in your bag for the road. I obviously didn't read the description well, but my defense is that it came up when I searched for travel mirrors & it had great reviews, so I went with it. That said, I am happy with it & I'll probably continue to use it for travel.

This is wicked bright, which is what I need in my high ceiling bathroom and no window. It takes three AA batteries (not included). What I did not notice is that there is a choice of 7x or 8x when ordering. I unknowingly ordered the '8x' and wow!, it magnifies stuff on my skin that I don't want to see or know about. The magnification is good enough for scientific study, if you're a lab rat. I love that it attaches to the mirror. I've run out of counter space months ago, so this is a nice option.

I love it. This mirror is the perfect size, suctioned right on to the mirror with no problems and has stayed there, and it's a cheaper price than some competitors with very similar products. I look for quality at a savings and found it here. I guess I should also mention that it met my needs too. I have had a harder time putting on eye makeup since having lasik surgery about 8 years ago and being forced into reading glasses early. This mirror really has helped me see better for these tasks.

Very much like this lighted magnifying mirror. I got it to take on vacation with me, as the mirrors in most motels are not in the proper lighting and do not have magnification. It worked great. I just stuck it up on the motel existing mirror and when I put on my makeup just turned the mirror light on. It wasn't the best option in the world, as the bathroom and dressing area had no windows at all, but it sure helped a bunch! It works very well if you have an area that has natural sunlight or good lighting in the bathroom or dressing area. Anyway, I would repurchase this item again and I do recommend it to others.

I got the 7x magnification model. It arrived on time, and I popped batteries in, turned it on, was impressed by the brightness of the light, looked in and OMG! I had NO idea how bad my skin is! I am about as blind as a bat without my glasses, and even with glasses, I can't see what I saw today in my regular vanity mirror. I can't believe I ever walked out of the house like that! O.oOnce the blackheads (at MY age????) were gone and brows properly tweezed, I was able to use it for the reason I purchased it for; makeup application. Can I just say WOW!!!? I don't think my makeup has ever looked this good. I guess actually SEEING what you're doing makes all the difference in the world.I highly recommend this mirror to anyone needing a good lighted mirror without a might big price tag! Just prepare yourself mentally for what you see when you look into it for the first time. Unless you are a kid with great skin, you will more than likely be shocked!Don't say I didn't warn you!

I literally take this everywhere I travel and I travel A LOT for work--there is nothing more statisfying than knowing you have your magnifying mirror with you to avoid those awful hotel rooms with little light and a vanity taller than my hips so I can't get close to the mirror. Worth every penny, I would buy this over and over again. The suction cup is great although I don't even need to use it--I just place it down on a desk or wherever I can sit and do my makeup and it stays in place. Very happy with this buy!

A little disappointed. No fault of the product, I just wish it had a longer stem so it was higher when sitting on a table. The lights do not stay bright. They are bright when you first turn them on, then they quickly fade, even with new batteries.

Perfect! Great size and the 7x magnification is clear without distortion. The suction fastener is very secure (though I would not leave it on the mirror when not in the room, as this type of fastener can fail over time, which has been my experience with another device). The ability to see up close is wonderful, since I am very nearsighted and most mirrors are simply too far away, especially in hotel rooms. I bought it to use while traveling and it's light and small enough to pack easily, and the storage bag is good protection. In fact, it's just right and will use it at home too. Uses 3 AA batteries (not included) and the light is very bright, also a nice feature for most bathrooms where lighting is not sufficient. Size is large enough for makeup without making the mirror heavy. I'm very pleased with this purchase, a good value for the price.
