A defected and used product is delivered to me.
The media could not be loaded. Since I am a banker and posted out of district,the product which was delivered to me in 26th January could not be fixed in the car today I. E., 12th feb as it's used and defected product. Video I have uploaded and want the product to be replaced or amount refunded.

Duplicate Product
Its a duplicate product. There is no serial number and warranty card in the box. The box packing and power of light is pathetic.
