I purchased three of these carriage lights for my home one for the front door and two for both sides of the garage door! I just installed the one outside my front door, beautiful construction made extremely well very simple to install. I like the way it looks so far very happy.

This light fixture truly looks high end, which is always my goal when I purchase home goods from Amazon. You can tell it was made from high quality materials, and installation was a breeze. It was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit/delivery. I ordered both sizes and ultimately decided to keep the larger fixture, as I feel it fits our space best. We own a historic home, and this fixture updates our front porch without feeling too modern. It’s timeless. I highly recommend this light fixture!

If I could give these lights 6 stars I would. My electrician has worked a lot for us and he said I nailed it on these exterior lights. Beautiful look and well made. Easy to change bulbs from my previous style and easier to clean. I LOOOOVE my lights and have been so happy with them. I bought 5 of them and all came unharmed and perfectly packaged.

These lanterns were a perfect addition to my front porch. They are beautiful and classic. Also, a really good price for the quality and size. Very pleased.

First, this is an outdoor aluminum constructed sconce, which is well constructed, stylish and easy to install. I would encourage a buyer to review the online videos which are posted relative to installation. While the weight of the sconce is not more than a few pounds, this should not be an indication that the sconce is poorly constructed or cheap. Quite the contrary, this sconce is built to last. I purchased 5 of these sconces to replace sconces which after 4 years had corroded to the point that I couldn’t remove the glass housing to change the light bulb or clean the glass. With Emliviar’s design you simply have to reach into the opening under the beveled glass to remove or install a bulb. I also found Emliviar’s customer support to be excellent.

Bought 4 of these units for the front of the house to match the post lights.PRO's Solid cast aluminum construction or white metal. Finish is good and they work with fine tuning (see CON'S below). One reviewer stated they did not so unpacked and put the two leads into a cord to check before spending installation time. Bulb socket is ceramic with a plastic shell. Glass is beveled and thick. Thumb screws have rubber washers to prevent water infiltration. Lights come well packaged and showed no shipping damage. These lights should last a long time and the best thing they look great.CON'S These lights have a poor, flimsy metal piece that attaches to the octagon box of which the main light will fasten to. On two of the lights I had to adjust the machine screws to make it work as brackets are not consistent. The lights are fastened to the base plate with cheap machine screws that will need to be removed and replaced with a better screw plus a washer. WHY, to prevent the light from tilting back and forth as the lower screw does not support the light. Also this lower screw was not properly installed on 50% of the lights so I had to extend the hole otherwise the light would not be inline with the base.BOTTOM LINE If you really like these lights and are skilled to make these lights work, then buy them, otherwise look elsewhere as they need some fine tuning, as you do not want to spend money and have a wobbly or crooked light.
