Good at Raising Height But Not So Good for Heel Problem
I got these hoping they would help some with my foot issues. I have heel spurs & Achilles heel spurs & the doctor recommended wearing open back shoes with a 1" to 1.5" heel or a lift to raise my heel in order to take some of the pressure off my Achilles tendon. It's a little tough to find open back tennis-type shoes with the right heel height so I thought I'd give this a try.The material used in the lifts is firm but gives enough to be comfortable for my good foot. And while the base insert was enough to raise my heel to a good height, they put too much pressure on my problem heel causing a good deal of discomfort due to the spurs. All in all, from the little time I was able to wear them, they did a good job raising my heels & increasing height but unfortunately they won't work for my heel issues.

Not so comfy but they do make you taller
Get to see what it feels like being taller but at the price of uncomfortable feet. These are like highly padded insoles but not quality insoles, if that makes sense. Also, I didn't account for the fact that the top of my foot would be smooshed into the top area of the shoe inside. Because of this, my foot felt cramped inside my shoes.3-stars, since they do make you a smidge taller. However, can't really use for long periods. Better to go without or maybe get shoes that have lifts built into the heels.

Mostly good
This is a nice elevator insert. The bottom is rubberized and a little bit grippy. The top has a soft, felted surface that is nice on the foot. If I had my druthers, a couple of suggestions:1) I wish the main piece were not so tall. It's a full inch lift, and a little too high for some shoes.2) I wish the add-on pieces didn't have nubs on them so they could be used independent of the full inner sole. That said, the little nubs are a good design feature to make them nest securely together and to the insert.3) the insert is VERY narrow on the instep. This makes it uncomfortable because it can sift in the shoe, and your foot is almost certainly wider than the insert, so you can feel those edges under foot.

Meh, just ok
Do they work? Yes and no. I have some experience with lift insoles and these are on the lower quality scale. The main insole with air pocket fits fine. No issues, provides a little lift, not the most comfortable. Problem comes from the additional lift inserts. They don’t stay in place and the more you insert, the more uncomfortable it becomes. Puts pressure on the front foot portion of foot and squishes toes. Veterans of lifts know to buy shoes a half size bigger to accommodate. Overall: they’re cheap insoles. If you want just a little lift and don’t mind some discomfort. These will work for you. And that’s provided that only the main insole is used, not the add ons. I’m sticking with actual increase height shoes.

Perfect for me
Perfect size for size from 8-10. It’s comfortable and what i really like is the 4 level height adjustment even I don’t really need that many. Will do business again if I need another one. Thank you

Works great. Add inches
Are use these inside of high top sneakers and they are all noticeable. It gives you an extra inch and a half of a or however sick you decide to make it. They are also very comfortable on your feet and work as comforting inserts Wellers give you extra height
