Not as high end as I expected
I was surprised by the chincy construction of this product. It's described at brass construction, but this is misleading. The shell is more consistent with plastic that is painted chrome. Compared to the construction of the head that I'm replacing (California faucets), this product is a joke.On the flip side, the pressure is pretty good. I was hoping for more flow and was willing to drill through the water restrictor, but that's not possible with this product. No mark down for this.

Poor quality at this price!
Shower head button to adjust spray quit working just after warranty expired. Now leaks from edges, as well. I expected better quality from this brand. Way overpriced based on the lack of durability.

Great looks - not for half in water pipes - low flow
Looks great and give impression of high quality product. However at the setting where water comes from outer area water pressure is not much. Probably not suitable for half inch copper pipes. Inner portion is fine. I should have gone for smaller diameter shower head (with 2-3 functions) as they worked great for us in past. Now I have a large shower head but only inner part is usable with OK water pressure of shower stream

Not enough pressure
Build quality is good (consistent with Hansgrohe), but even the more intense pressure mode isn't a hard pounding shower. Given the cost, I just can't recommend it as such.
