Q: Will this fit a 1993 yamaha moto4 350?

Not sure, it fit my Yamaha big bear 350 perfect.

Q: engine boggs and blow smoke and runs crappy after half throttle, getting to much gas??? old pilot was .048 new one is .055 ran better with old carb !!

The bog could be carb but blowing smoke sounds much more serious. Rings maybe or valve guides. Compression leak down test might help diagnose.

Q: Will this carburetor fit my 1998 yamaha big bear 350 2wd 4 wheeler??

It fits a 1990 but it's junk with lots of issues. Leaks fuel everywhere. Wrong O rings on the intake and only provision for one throttle cable instead of the factory 2 cable. You can over come the the last 2 issues but the fuel leakage is a fire waiting to happen.

Q: What are the brass screws for?

I think the small brass screws are a new set of jets
