Continuous and uncut. I keep them in a pencil box with good steel scissors dedicated exclusively to cutting them to the size I need and rounding the edges.

Is this the same material as the classic ?

This is what the posted information for the product indicates “ The authentic original elastic muscle and medical tape invented by Kinesio founder Dr. Kenzo Kase; made in the USA”. I found it to live up to stated information ie water proof, can be worn 3-5 days, etc
