I never knew much about manifesting until I stumbled across Ryuu Shinohara"s books. Being curious and at somewhat of a turning point in my life I ordered this book.I've read a lot of self help books and other books about meditation so didn't know what to expect.Well Ryuu makes more sense to me than the others. He relates things to scientific realities and clearly explains things.I do recommend it as a good read for people who want to make a positive difference in their lives.

I just started listening to this and love the calm voice and writing style. It is simple to listen to and implement these ideas. Anyone can manifest. We were born to naturally manifest what we like to have in our life, good or bad, so why not manifest what's good? The universe is waiting for your manifest. Highly recommend.
