The toy story 4 glow in the dark Buzz lightyear action figure glows brightly and the quality of the plastic is very good. Seems sturdy enough to be a good present for my kiddos third birthday. I only had to use a flashlight on it for a few moments for it to glow as bright as shown in my review picture.

I was expecting a utility belt buzz but I got a glow in the dark but instead this is a problem I see multiple people have this problem needs to stopDONT BUY!!!!!

If my son hadn’t already seen the buzz I would return it. This is a complete false advertisement. They sent a completely different toy, and it’s missing the belt!
