Nicely fitting yet loose enough to allow movement

I decided to get these after owning a pair of the original storm launch design. It has maintained its comfort due to the 4-way stretch breathable material, and as a shorter person (around 5'6") the inseam length is great for me (which is hard to find).Some differences from the original: the pant material is slightly less soft (more of a classic track pant feel) but more repellent and seems more durable. The longer zipper at the bottom didn't really make a difference for me. The pockets have the bottoms sewn to the pant, so when you run in these with keys or something in your pocket, it doesn't whip around inside the leg. The waistband has a design that I'm not a fan of on most modern running pants or shorts: it has a streamlined, smooth waistband rather than the classic rippled/accordian look. This was the only negative for me because if the waist is a bit tight, the waistband folds over a bit. But it also encourages me to lose the fat on the waistline.5'6", waist size ~30. Bought a small, fits well.
