Everyone who's used and loved L'air du Temps for the past 40 years will recognize that the edt (eau de toilette) is not particularly long lasting anymore. And it is not exactly the same fragrance as it once was. But if you love it anyway, this is a beautiful bottle. It's going to smell the same whether you buy the bottle with the sculpted birds on top, or not. The eau de parfum concentration (found elsewhere) is just barely any stronger than the edt. This is actually a better buy for that reason. But yeah, neither one lasts long at all anymore.

My favorite scent

Department stores charge an arm and a leg for this so when I found it on Amazon at a price far less....well lets just say I did not hesitate making the purchase!

I have been wearing this perfume for 40 yrs. Powdery, floral goodness. LOVE it! I get many compliments. I have tried others but they either stuff me up, make me nauseous, give me a headache, or all of the above.

I love this perfume! It is very flowery, but also has some other undertones. Although it's been in existence for many years, I believe it is still a modern scent. As regards longevity, it does not stay on too long, but definitely a few hours. That's why I gave it four and not five stars. Would recommend.

My grandfather gave this product to me as a Christmas present when I was a teen, it has always been my favorite scent. Just a dab on the wrists. Not over powering, a soft scent and lasts the day.

I wanted something that would display PC VGA output video to my TV. This didn't do it.
