But I guarantee you will love it.. For me, I have dropped inchesssss, and weight, but not like inches.. I really love the way it makes me sweat. The wear and tear is what I’m a little worried about. I try to wash it by hand and air dry to prevent sooner damage to the material.

I wear a t shirt under to control the sweat and every time with out fail my shirt is soaking wet with sweat. Anyone on a fitness journey needs this shirt. Don’t wait, this shirt is great.

I'm sure this would have worked better if i had got the right size. Mine was a little tight so it wouldn't stay down

I am 5'2" and weigh about 115 pounds. I purchased the medium size and I like the snug but not tight fit. I suffer from arthritis and my doctor said I should try a compression shirt to keep my body warm to help with pain. I work outside and its been in the 40° range and I sweat! It has helped me so much I bought pants and more shirts. Can't say that it has helped with my spare tire yet because I have been only wearing for a week. But it does make me feel hot and has helped with my pain..
