Whaaa?
The instructions for this are very vague and do not use proper English. It is hard to understand how this is supposed to go together. The battery compartment has no directions at all whatsoever on which way the battery goes or how to even use the battery. This whole thing would have been better if there have been proper instructions or someone to call to explain how to put it together it's still sitting in my garage unused.

Horrible water flow and restricts the flow too much so it’s way too hot. You can’t adjust the settings enough to take a shower it’s too hot of water advertise 5 gallons per minute. Only allows 1 gallon a minute through slows the water down too much. I tested the gpm.Don’t waste your money

Cheap.
Very cheaply made. Overheats, twisted water line installing, had to take apart several times to fix issues.

Leaks from bottom
The media could not be loaded. Had it for a year and a half and half in my food truck all of the sudden water started spray out of the bottom trying to fix it but idk.. I'm very upset I won't like my money back

CHEAP DO NOT BUY
Do you like hot water and no problems getting the hot water? Well then this device is not for you! It will only heat water up to 80 degrees F, and feels like mid 60's. Water heat is on full, and no other water is running in the house.If you are a landlord who wants a cheap product for their tenants, and don't have to use the device then it is the correct purchase for you. You will save lots of money buying this product that doesnt work, but who cares you wont be the one using it!
