Under ArmourUnisex Adults UA Heatgear Crew SOCKS (pack of 3)

I'll make no bones about it, although I'll apologise in advance. I have sweaty feet!Not the smelly kind, just the wet kind. Cotton socks have always alleviated this well. But they generally come with a catch, their size, I'll come to thst.Having said that. I'm always open to something new. And was recommended these socks by a colleague. I wasn't disappointed.They've no cotton in their composition. But Under-Armour have clearly worked their magic. My feet never feel damp or uncomfortable. They've washed very well. And stood up to me walking 5+ miles a day at work.And the best bit. They make them big enough for my flipper feet! I have size 13 feet, and generally socks come in size 9-12. These are offered in a larger size. And the comfort is a game changer. 9-12 socks always felt tight and on the edge of their stretch. But these are big enough and, as a result, incredibly comfortable.

Only (originally) gave 3* as sizing is very small, as others have said. I’m a size 8.5 shoe so bought a Medium as usual and although I could get them on, they were a tight fit and left deep marks, so I gave them to the wife, who is a size 3.5 and they fit her ok?The quality and build are fand if they had fitted I would have probably bought more.EDIT Feb 2021: Changed review to a 4* as after the wife has been wearing them a few times, I tried them on again and they seem to have grown in the wash? They've been nice and warm during the recent Baltic weather and don't leave black bits of fluff on the carpet like every other pair of socks I've ever had, so bonus and I've even ordered some more.

These were ok at first and I didn't notice any issues. About 9 months on and I have noticed I now keep getting electric shocks caused by static whenever I touch anything metal while wearing these (which includes the faceplates on my light switches, so every time I turn the light on and off I get a shock). It is definitely the socks causing it since wearing my other cotton ones results in no static shocks at all. Not sure if this is an issue with all polyester socks or just these, it's just odd that they never seemed to cause the issue for the first few months (or at least I never noticed it!), I am guessing after being worn for a while the fibres must change somehow, resulting in a build up of static when walking on the carpet.

Size UK13 and these fit nicely - nice bit of compression without cutting into your leg, been through the wash many times now - no beading or bobbling, no shrinkage (*gasp*) and no evident degradation wash after wash. Will keep buying these until they change them.

All Under Armour products that I have purchased are of the highest quality.I wanted to purchase more of these socks, but, alas, they are no longer available.
