We make soups several times over the winter months and wanted a vegetable broth that had some flavor. Tried numerous different ones but all were bland. This one has great flavor and enhances the soup a great deal. Comes packaged well to preserve freshness. A bit high in sodium but we use a bit less than the recipe calls for and it does not impact the flavor. Have used it in recipes that call for chicken broth also, like chicken pot pie and shepherds pie. Very happy with this product.

These are super easy to use and great for making frozen treats for my dogs since they don't have onions or garlic.

Massel 7's stock cubes were a great find now that my go-to Rapunzel cubes have disappeared from store shelves. They're firmer/more solid than some of the other vegan options, but just crush a cube in to some hot water and let it dissolve and you'll have a cup of broth you'll be glad to sip. I haven't used it in any recipes yet, but if it holds up as a standalone drink, it'll add depth to your next soup or savory casserole.

I’m vegan, and was going to cook several post-surgery meals for a friend who has ibs. That leaves limited choices and I was at a loss until, in researching the problem, I began to understand the FODMAP diet enough that it all led me to this product. I’m now on my second order because I just love these cubes. Flavor is better than the veggie cubes at my store, and I never have to consider them when cooking for other people who might have restrictions. I also find that these cubes tend to dissolve more easily than most. I break them up a little and then they dissolve quickly in the boiling water. Very happy to have found this product.

I bought these cubes to add flavor for vegetarian soup jar mixes I planned to give out for Christmas gifts. I'm glad I tried them out before putting them in with all the other ingredients, as they added nothing to the mix. No flavor at all. I doubled the amount I would use with other brands, and still no flavor. Then I tripled it. Still, nothing. I'm really disappointed.

I wish I’d found this sooner! I make soup practically every weekend, and I have to say that I love the mild flavor and easy storage of these cubes! I’ll never have a cabinet loaded with boxes of broth ever again! And the ingredients are actually very simple and healthy.

I was surprised at how good this was as a substitute for regular vegetable bullion. I thought it would not work well since it has no garlic and onion, but I was very pleased with the soup I made. Good quality.

Great stock cubes but I’m very disappointed in the quantity of cubes for the price.

This is for ONE pack of 35g cubes not 7 packs of "Massels 7" stock cubes. Using the line 7 x 35g is very misleading! Each stock cube is actually 5g and you get 7 of them. There are better sellers out there who charge for these properly.
