In Courage Journal: A Daily Practice for Self-Discovery

I miscarried at the very end of December. My friend brought over a care package and this journal was part of it. I didn’t think something like this would have helped the way it did. And I’m so grateful for it. It helped me process the pain and grief, it helped me evaluate myself, set a simple goal for myself. My sister in law is now going through miscarriage and because this journal helped me I decided to get her one. Yes, the journal is simple but it’s perfect for those who just need a little something to help them.

Gave this as birthday gift for a friend. The paper quality is nice and the color on the pages looks great. There seemed to be plenty of prompts and motivational quotes. I am hoping it will help to improve her mental health. I enjoy Alexandra Elle books and thought it would be a nice gesture to gift this journal.

I bought In Courage for my best friend and I. I think it really does make you think and the purpose is to be able to set an intention for the day. I believe through these straight forward questions regarding your days, it allows you to really focus in on what it is you want to achieve and learn. The evening prompt gives the much needed reflection time and space to think about the day you had. I think it's a lovely addition to a daily journal. The purpose isn't to write a ton, but merely to identify what it is you want to work on and put it into action.

Great product that guides you through journaling. I’m not a person that journals so the daily outline has been very nice to follow

This journal has been a tremendous exercise for me to evaluate my life and how I can show up for myself with courage. I am constantly reflecting on the various prompts and am able to now identify themes that sum up my needs/desires. I have bought this journal now 4 times — one for myself, and the other 3 as gifts. Each person I have given one to has loved it and I feel like I need multiple copies for myself once I am out of pages

Took a long time to arrive , over 1 month. Gave it to my sister as a gift, she said its smaller than she thought it would be.

Love Alex and her books. I am using this journal in conjunction with her book on healing. Super helpful and allows me the chance to stop and be mindful of the present.
