I LOVE this stuff
I'm a first timer using this stuff. My goal was to create custom, edible toppers for baby shower cupcakes. I have to say, this stuff is SO easy to use. I wish all craft mediums were so user friendly. I was also surprised by how good it tastes. I thought it would either be overly sweet, or weird tasting, but it was the perfect little yummy cake topper.

Great modeling chocolate!
This was my first time using this modeling chocolate and I absolutely loved it! I used it for my fairy’s face, arms, and hair.

Good taste, hard to handle
It was very difficult to handle this modeling chocolate. It sticks to everything as it gets warm, and that happens quickly. To be fair, I do not have a lot of experience with modeling chocolate, but I found it to be a challenge. Good taste though.

easy to use
This was great in using to make the cake topper for my granddaughters birthday cake. The theme was Too Sweet (think donuts and ice cream). Very easy to add food coloring (be sure to wear gloves). We had molds for ice cream and was able to create ice cream in cones very nicely.
