The can itself is well made, however the hose is too short (useless) and no bracket to attach the can, so you need another 20 dollars to make this thing actually works

Don't use the external air filter on a PCV system, you'll just break the vacuum and cause engine problems. That filter is for pre-PCV cars before 1960s!The cheap hose provided will only work properly on non PCV systems!You will need to purchase a PCV Hose or Fuel line hose to run properly.This will Increase engine performance and life on all PCV systems, but be careful to keep it not too full as it could fail working when it is too full. Also make sure to install this upright or it will not work properly.Pretty easy to install if you know your engines PCV location.This is the 3rd unit I have tried through different vehicles and found the best 2 had the bronze filter with baffle inside the sealed unit.

Better then I expected! The hose it comes with is garbage, but I didn't care about that.... The catch can is quality for the price!

This is a quality oil catch can that requires slight modifications to make extremely useful. I installed an LS engine like thousands but added Stainless Steel Wool now sold cheap at a Dollar Store. Install two packs inside can, drill & tap bottom and install brass radiator pet-cock and hose to drain. Place in cold area of engine compartment and use Delco PCV & Fuel Vapor hose for connections. I use a OEM flitting on valve covers to allow fresh air in both sides. I installed dirty crankcase fumes from custom pipe thru valley pan to draw oil vapor, raw fuel, moisture from center into can. Fresh air from filtered air intake. Works great! ASE Master.
