I like this product, not sure if it really works, I have great hair. But the order I just received had one of the bottles in the package, already unwrap (plastic removed), wet box and the bottle was empty. Never mind the pain in the neck of returning this kind of stuff.Anyone know if it actually helps your hair??

Too much water in product, not enough oil
My hair is nice & thick, but not as thick as it used to be in my 20’s. I read amazing reviews here about this product. I hope they are real. First thing I noticed is how my hair changed texture immediately after use. It got freeze looking. Which means there is more water than oil in the product. If I see any results I’ll make a new review, but so far I think I paid too much for just a water down product. I am disappointed so far..
