Recently I hurt my ankle and it's hard to keep ice in that area.This product is amazing quality.And the fact that it comes with 2 ice packets is really good.You can use one put it back in the freezer.Take out the other one.It stays very snug on the ankle and you can use it for your wrist or the back of your neck.It's really a wonderful, wonderful product.I highly recommend it

We love these ice packs for pain relief and have have several. I love that they are squishy, even when freezing, and they come with a strap to hold the pack to your body if you don't want to.They get cold quickly, are a great size, and pretty affordable.

I purchased this to keep medication cold for a plane trip. It was out of the freezer and in an insulated bag for three hours before going through TSA at which time it was cool, but not frozen. Fortunately, TSA didn’t give me any trouble because freezer packs have to be frozen solid to get through security. They’re likely fine for pain relief but not useful for my purposes.

Needed lots of ice packs to have ready after a hip replacement surgery to help reduce swelling and pain. Nice size, covered a large area which was very much needed. My hip, thigh & knee were all swollen.

I loved these so much for tendinitis - the original ones I bought were two ice pads with velcro on them that attached to a strap in any location I wanted using the velcro.I ordered more and it now is ice packs that go inside a mesh bag that velcros to itself - the ice pack is not as maneuverable this way and doesn't stay as cold.

They work well, stay cold and handy to have on hand
