Hello, I have purchase Escalett From your shop. I have received product on 11th May 2021. It worked properly until yesterday. It just stopped work, I thought the reason can be on battery. But after I changed battery, nothing changed. Could u please replace it?

Beautiful packaging, and I really wanted to like it, but it worked for, literally, 1 minute at the high volumn vibration. I replaced the battery it came with and that didn't help either. Too much competition out there for this type of device to mess with it anymore, and it was returned. I will look elsewhere.

I just used it for the first time today and I am quite happy with it. Just remember to handle the twist area to turn it on and off with care. I used it on my face, neck and my entire body to help with circulation. I stored the tips in the freezer to keep them cold. Please note they don't stay cold long enough. What I would suggest is that you get a bowl of ice water and keep the tips in the water rotating between each one or designate an ice pack just for this use, that can be used in a bowl with water if no ice is on hand. Will come back in a month or so with an update.

I had high hopes but I've only had it for one day and the vibration mechanism already broke. I've tried 3 different batteries and it still won't work.. other than that it feels good quality and looks nice.UPDATE! Customer service is absolutely amazing. They saw my comment and reached out to me to send another at no charge to me. It's a great quality product, in every great product there will be duds so no hard feelings. Very happy to do business with this company.

I ordered this because my husband was just diagnosed with Bell’s Pasly. This helped ease the pain in his face. The first one worked for about 5 combined minutes. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement quickly. They sent me a return label too. That process was very easy! Got the replacement one and he used it once and it quit in the middle of him using it….probably 3 minutes. I changed batteries, tried lithium batteries, nothing will make it work again! I give up. It’s not worth the hassle of returning it. Would be a great thing if it would work correctly. The company was great to work with…nothing against them…the product itself was a disappointment.

This is an amazing product I use it almost every day but the first time I went to use the circle head the rose quarts fell out , I love the rest of the products so I kept it , but that part was disappointing 8/10 productThis product arrived on time so 9/10 experience
