Great for foaming
This product is simple, easy to use, easy to clean and blends cocoa powder and cream for wonderful foam on top of my coffee. I do wish it made the foam warmer but still quick and yummy!

good choice for milk frotter
very good it does the job very well, you have to be careful and not remove the milk right away because the unit still hot will burn the remaining foam at the bottom. I recommend keeping the milk in the unit for a couple of minutes before adding it to the espresso.

A perfect beginning to your day.
Can’t begin the day without my frother and a cup of coffee. This is my second frother, the first wearing out after five years. The bottom of the milk frothing disk came apart and I could not find a replacement part. This frother heats the milk and froths perfectly and adds to my morning cup of coffee and the beginning of my day.

Replaced on Warranty
Bought FR-10C December 2015; worked well, but stopped Dec. 2016. LED lights (red & blue) light when buttons are pushed, but frother will not rotate. Large crack in the black casing, with some swelling of the black casing. It has been handled with care, so presumably something happened to the motor inside the casing. It has a 3-year limited warranty. Tried to contact CONAIR in Woodbridge, Ontario 1-800-472-7606 - spent many hours (& days) with no response. Filled in website online forms with photos - only auto response. Finally, one person responded - I have to send in unit (which cost me C$16 to mail), CONAIR will cover return S&H.Today, Feb. 14, 2017 (one month after I mailed the broken unit), new FR-10C unit arrived in mail. Coincidence? my FIRST email response from a human!! - to my Dec. 29, 2016 email (it only took 6 weeks!!) suggesting I phone 1-800-472-7606!!! AAAAGGGHHH!!!Good thing was - I got a free new unit. Bad - absolutely zero communication, e.g. no note from Customer Service explaining what date the new warranty starts.

Stopped working after 3 months!!!!!! Consumer please read this!
I am so glad I waited to write this review. At first, I was in love with this little machine. It warmed the milk and frothed it to perfection. I loved it so much, that I even bought another one to gift it to my parents. Wasn't but a month after using it, that the engine would stop mid way and wouldn't finish frothing and/ or warming the milk. I would mess with it, urn it on and off and get it going again, but just after a month, it was already not properly doing its job. Within 90 days of working it the motor just stopped working completely, it is now essentially garbage. Of course, this all happened after the return window had close. A total waste of money. I so wish I could get my money back, I feel like i've been robbed!

Worked fine, as long as it worked.
I've been making frothed milk for my morning cap for about six years. My husband gave me this for my birthday, on the recommendation of a friend.FEATURES- It holds about 1/4-1/3 cup of milk, any kind you like, up to the max. line.- it has a whirling spring in the bottom held in place by a magnet. Don't cover the top of the spring with milk.- It takes about 90 seconds to froth the max amount of milk.- The top button you push to start it also heats it. If you don't want it heated, press the bottom button.- It comes with an electrical cord that pushes into the bottom side of the canister.- The inside is lined with a non-stick coating.- The canister and milk chamber are tear-drop shaped, which gives you a pouring spout.- It also comes with an instruction/recipe booklet, and a clever little gizmo that holds back the froth so you can pour the residual warmed milk into your coffee, if that's what you want. I used it as a scraper to get all the froth out.PROS- It does a good job. All frothers will leave some unfrothed milk at the bottom because the spinning spring needs some clearance. This one leaves less than others I've used.- The gizmo that comes with it has a curved edge, so it's easy to scrape the last bit of froth into your cup.- The non-stick coating makes it easy to clean. Remove the spring and use a dish-brush to clean it with. Put the spring back in place and you're done.- The degree of froth is a function of the speed of the spinning spring, among other things. This one spins fairly fast so you get a lot of froth.- Despite it being an electrical appliance, it can get wet. You can't leave it sitting in a puddle, but you can wash it without concern. Just let it dry completely before plugging it back in.CONS- The electrical plug is less convenient to use than other frothers I've owned.- The teardrop shape makes it slightly harder to scrape the froth out.- I had and used it for three months before it just quit on me. Dead. Hence the two stars.
