Skylanders Mask of Power: Terrafin Battles the Boom Brothers: Book 4

My child has read it a few times!

This is the 4th book in the series and it has been a LONG wait. That would be my only complaint. I had to send to the UK to get it. My 9 year old son got the book on a Thursday and finished it before the end of the weekend. Now he is bugging me to look for the next one in the series. Hopefully we will not have to wait a year for the next book.

Great book, this has been the family favourite so far. You know a book is good when kids beg for an extra chapter before bed. Usually my boys have one chapter before bed with this book it became tow, then as we got further into it even we started reading two but they were still begging for another. This book was more action packed than the other books.I think having the tough but tactical brawlier Terrafin as the team leader was a stroke of genius. I have to say I as an adult reader was also getting into the story. Thanks to his inside man, Kaos has got the a head start on the Skylanders looking for the Earth Segment of the Mask of power, but Kaos being the bungling, over the top, drama king, Mahhaha villain perfect for kids stories, plays his hand a little too early and allows the Skylanders to follow the clues to the Boom Brothers. Great action with fist and insults flying. This book is COOOOOOL!!!!

Been waiting forever to get this book and now I'm excited to add it to my collection. I love Skylanders and to read about characters going on adventures is a huge bonus! Go Skylanders! :)

My nine year old insisted I give this book five stars! Personally, I got very confused with the characters, but what do I know?! It's not a bad book, with a few giggles in there for grown ups too, so we're not completely left out!
