SO FAR WE LOVE IT
This product is constructed with very modern materials and design. I use it to house my spa and built it over my concrete patio. I've had it for about 2 months now and absolutely love it. I will continue to update this review as the product ages. Pros-#1 Price- Considering other alternatives this product is a cheap way to get substantial shelter.#2 Low maintenance- No repainting or refinishing required.#3 Versatility- I use it for my spa but it can be configured in endless ways for many uses. It easily goes from fully closed up to fully screened. Cons-#1 Assembly- Although this products claims to be easy to construct it was not. I paid Amazon services $500.00 to put it together and it was money well spent. Even the crew who had put them together before struggled. The instructions basically suck and it's easy to put it together wrong. Some of the pieces didn't fit and had to be slightly customized. Trust me, it's a real pain to put together.#2 Cheap hardware- The screws that come with this are cheap quality and strip out easily. They do the job but take it easy on them.#3 Overall structural strength- It's very well engineered and some other reviews worried about collapse when snowed on. I purposeless didn't hang anything heavy like a ceiling fan on the ceiling because of that. My greatest concern is how it will handle high winds in a thunderstorm. I will report back later on that issue.#4 There is a slight gap between the body panels and the roof. A very few bugs have found there way through it but no real big deal. All and all we are ecstatic with this purchase. It's a great way to protect our new spa from the elements. I mounted a TV on the wall and put a real nice patio sofa inside. It makes for a wonderful retreat right in our own backyard. It will also be much more enjoyable to take a spa in the winter because it will trap hot air and block all wind. If you use it for a spa housing I would suggest water proof lighting. Condensation forms very quickly inside and could cause some real issues. I chose the lighting below. It was real easy to install and provides both white and colored mood lighting. Also no hassle to have to install a switch because of the remote.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HBGE5X8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Nice gazebo!
I love this gazebo, it's nice, light, I love the fact that all windows slide down and that is tinted. It's a bit of a pain in the butt to put together, you definitely need two people and it's definitely a one or two day project. I live in Michigan and we had a pretty hard winter with quite a bit of snow and we had no problems with it. We have our jacuzzi in it, it's a roomy gazebo, and it definitely helps keep the bugs away. I did notice if there's a strong wind and you have trees near by, leaves parts do get in so I recommend having a cover on a jacuzzi if that's what you get it for, or if you get furniture make sure it's nothing that gets damaged easily and that you can wipe it off. My only wish is that they had extra screws in case you might lose a couple, but overal it's a decent gazebo!

been a nightmare, not sure what to do, not getting phone calls returned from Charlotte S from happiness guarantee
huge problems, amazon happyness team keeps stalling me, have 1/2 built gazebo sitting here, I just want removed, many of the screws are stripped out from installers, just want this out of her, please return my calls and messages.UPDATE:They still have not called me back, but I am finding out how Amazon Handles if there is a problem. This is partially installed, unusable and this is really opening my eyes on how Amazon works. Amazon can be great if everything works good, but when there is a problem, they keep ignoring me, I have no idea what to do with a partially build gazebo in my yard, contacted credit card company to dispute already because Amazon will not return my messages or calls. I am to the point of I would hire someone to take apart to return this 750 pound thing, but have no kind of boxes to put it in, Please Amazon, take care of your guarantee, everytime I call they say they cant do anything because its been assigned to there (Happiness Guarantee) people, who will not give me any kind of status or return any phone calls or messages.....Another update, what i sent factory....I so hope you can help, recieved one of your gazebos, pushing 7 weeks ago, the amazon installers could not finished and it has sat here unfinishec for the last 6 weeks, many many screws are all stripped out, half the framing is on roof but they could not get the peices to fit, installers removed all film and stickers from all the roof pieces and i could have sworn the protective film said a certain side must be up, we now have no idea what side faces the sun.....all part stickers have been removed and i remember seeing how parts look the same but slightly different so they have to go to exact spot. Yesterday after 6 weeks amazon send someone over to look at it and i thought good finaly i get to talk to someone and show them this mess, but thry send me someone deaf and dumb, i applaud helping the physicily challanged have work, i truly do......but i would have thought it might have had someone i could actually talk to about my fears and complaints and why i dont think this is salvagable for reasons stated above among many others. The guy seems nice but could not answer me(we had to write out questions and answers down to communicate) but he had no answer to how we could actually fix it correctly. He did say he thinks he coild but could not get any answers on how, which i have my doubts. Just trying to get this thing picked up by amazon, it has sat here unfinished for 6 weeks ruining out summer. Please help.

Love this gazebo
Absolutely love this gazebo. All the reviews said about 3 people and 2 days to put it up but we did it with just 2 of us in a day and half. Went together easily. After spending out first night sitting in it we did get some mosquitos inside so we are working on a solution for that. Where the wall meets the roof in each panel section there is a small gap you can stick you fingers through and the bugs were finding it easy to get in. So we are thinking we will stuff it with weather stripping or foam of some sort. We will repost if it worked. We will keep you up to date on how it holds up to a Canadian winter but so far so good. Highly recommend!!!
