CD does not play in Cd player
Disc was suppose to ease my dads transition into a nursing home but the are useless and not playable. It is a CD but cannot be played on a CD player. I do not know what OTR means and if that was suppose to tell me that you can only play it on a computer. And receipt says not returnable
