Works well
Used it to repaint the legs on two recently-purchased chairs; it went on smoothly, dried quickly, and didn't have a strong odor. It only took 2 - 3 coats to completely cover everything with no gaps and the piece ended up looking great.

Awesome Paint!
I love Folk Art chalk paint! There are so many expensive brands available these days, with pretty labels and expensive displays. What a great value this is compared to them! This paint does a great job, and the colors are beautiful too! It slides on so smoothly and dries beautifully. I love this cream colored one, I use it for so many of my projects. I always choose Folk Art chalk paint!

Good paint, bad delivery spill
Good paint. Not good when you get only 3/4 of the paint. Because it was all over the box! Who the heck puts this is the package? 1. Learn to tighten the lid, 2. put in a bag, 3. Put some packaging so it doesn’t bounce around! If I didn’t need it so bad, I would have sent it back!

Smooth Operator...
A very well-behaved smooth brushing paint. I did have to thin it slightly. However, that means the paint goes further. Lucky me. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely use again. Remember, for black chalk paint you need to clear coat it with wax or a brush on or spray on clear coat to achieve the deepest black. However, this paint does look very rich and nice, even without a clear coat...

Great quality for the price
This paint is REALLY great! I wish I had more than one other brand to compare it to, but the other brand I used was MUCH pricier and I really couldn't tell a difference in quality or ease of use.I was very nervous to try my first big project (my "new to me" dining room table) but after starting I really enjoyed it and it was much easier than expected.I have a solid, heavy wood table, The table top and seat of the chairs are stained wood which I have left alone for now. The table base, and the chair backs and legs were already white which was what I needed to paint since they were horribly stained and chipped over years of use with a home full of children and pets.- I first washed down my table to get off any stains or spills that had built up over many years of use.- I did not do any sanding- I painted two coats of paint (ending each stroke light, and in the same direction) onto each of the four chairs and the table baseI can not believe how much paint I have leftover after doing two coats. I have AT LEAST 3/4 of the jar left over. The paint is nice and smooth with no streaks. It is a little more stark white than I was hoping for, but after reading other reviews I am hoping that a layer of wax will tone it down a bit. My next step is to apply the wax to seal, and I will be on to do my bar stools since I have sooooo much paint leftover. The only two cons I have are 1. The starkness of the white and 2. How quickly the paint dries. I believe the dry-time is much faster with most chalk paints, but you have to continually stir to make sure a film does not develop on the top. With the second coat, I poured paint into a separate container so I wouldn't have to worry as much about this.

I am in love with this paint
The media could not be loaded. This is my first time ever to have purchased chalk paint and I am in love with it: I got black and white to use on these 2 chest up drawers and not only they are excellent value for money for close to 1 litre of paint but both black and white are rather thick (like a marmelade or jelly) and I am left with around 3/4 of paint in both jars - so many more projects to do!!!! Why pay more for half the quantity, as other sellers do, since nowadays all factories used roughly the same ingredients for similar products!!!???While the white needed several applications, the black was perfect in one application but I decided to apply the second coat.I like the antique look and has never been a fan of brown furniture, as these 2 dressers were originally, purely because I was surrounded by brown furniture only as I grew up. Almost everything was purchased on Amazon, as we just moved to N America from a different continent starting once again from complete zero - it helps being a Prime member as I hardly have the time to shop physically around:- black and white paints- the designs and stencils mimicking/complementing the pattern of the 2 major designs here- the brushes, excluding the 1.25 USD brushes I also used which I secured with tape on a stick to achieve the degrade from black to white in over 10 inches- the poly wax applied to secure the chalk paint since it comes off so easily - no idea why literature around says chalk paint should not be secured: huge mistakeCannot wait to start more projects.

Works great, very inexpensive
Update: used this product again in a different colour to paint a dresser and it worked great! I've used other chalk paints that cost more than this for a tiny jar and this one worked just as well. I used this to paint some ugly old laminated wood shelves with only a light sanding as prep. It took two coats to get full coverage on the three shelves pictured and still have some paint leftover. If I was updating something worth more money or that will have more wear and tear I would probably get the more expensive paint but for a basic update to some free shelves this was perfect.

GREAT PAINT
This paint is great. I had originally bought a top of the line brand at a big box hardware store, but a different colour. I decided I wanted black instead. This brand I could get in black, it was thick, well covering, beautiful finish, no brushstrokes left behind, and cheaper. I used it on my bathroom vanity to go over an older oak finish, I then put on a coat of varathane. Looks stunning. May now do my kitchen cabinets myself, after getting a $3300 quote to get someone to spray them.
