THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!
I was forced to leave one star so I could. write this review however they do NOT deserve even one!!!! On December 6, 2021 I purchased this bench direct from the Zeno Gym company that included a free trial of their workout app using my bank debit card. I did not receive that order within the time they specified on the shipment invoice so I called the company to find out the status. When I did so I had a customer service representative apologize for the delay and assure me that it was already in route. As a sign of good faith they offered me a free accessory for the bench but asked for another credit card to put on file for the sake of the order. I provided them with my Apple credit card number as I did not want to give them my debit card information again. i have since received both the bench and the accessory however Zeno Gym has now been charging BOTH my debit card AND Apple credit card $13.85 since January for their workout app that I never authorized not once, much less recurring....on BOTH of my cards. I have reached out to the company by email several times with no response. I called and spoke to a representative that assured me all of the charges would be reversed on both cards. I have yet to see the reversal of any charges thus far and they have charged both of my accounts again for April. I was hoping I wouldn't have had to cancel both of my cards but regrettably i just did. I would like a resolve to this issue as soon as possible but they refuse to help me. It is clear to this company that this behavior is considered fraudulent but they conduct in unethical such business practices anyway so I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will be able to better assist me.

Scam?
So I ordered from Zeno direct. The Bench Pro bundle with adjustable dumbbells and squat board. It has been OVER 1 month. Nothing. Oh, and they already billed for the membership to the workout app, after the 30-day trial. But, no equipment to use with it. No way to cancel the subscription via app or web. No one will answer the phone. No one will reply to emails. If you want to give someone $1114.50 for nothing, knock yourself out. Sharing this here to let others know about my specific experience.
